For the last few days my pepper cory has not moved much. Today I have noticed one of his nostrils it swollen and white looking compared to the other one. It sounds like a fungus. Are you able to QT him at all? When you did your water change, how much and did you add dechlorinator? I would QT him and treat with Jungle's fungus eliminator. Maracyn can be used but I personally find Jungle's meds more effective. Good luck.

I dont have any way to QT the poor guy. Last water change was 20% and I added a little less than cap of Prime. I'm not to knowalageable on sick fish, can my other fish get this from him?

It doesn't look too serious from the pic. I would add some melafix to the tank and do an extra water change per week and keep a close eye on it. You don't need almost a full cap ful of prime for that size of tank. It is possible the other fish can get this from this fish. Although now that I see the pic I 'm not positive at all it is a fungus. Try treating the tank with melafix. Take out any active carbon from your filter.
