Sick Fish?

So I have had three guppy females and one male Redwig fish die in the last month and a half. They all just stop eating and start hanging around the top of the tank all the time. My water is testing fine and I cant seam to figure out what is going on. I never have more than one acting this way but once one goes another starts. Any ideas???

Exact water parameters?
What test kit?
Other fish?

55 Gallon, ammona basically 0, nitrite 0,nitrate 40-80. fish: 3gouromi, 3 tetra, 6zebra danio, 2 guppies(4 died), 5 platies, 3 small catfish, 3 snails,1 molly. srry have a new born so replying is hard right now,
