sick gold fish oranda

hi..need help..i think my GOLD FISH ORANDA is sick..was fine till Saturday and yesterday it has red lines on fins and tail..not eating very god..swims a little bit and speen time on bottom of the tank..i check nitrate on it and was little bit light blue.I aldo changed ome water on the tank..please help.any advise..i hqve more fishes on tank and they are fine
