sick gold tiger barb please advise a noob

can anybody please tell me is my orange tiger barb ok did he run into side of tank maybe ?
Can't seem to put photo up he has red bruise all across his head

all good thanks the Odessa barbs were very aggressive towards the tiger barbs and 1 of the Odessa bit another tail and all his fins of so took out oddessas 6 and got a Boesemani rainbow small 1 and small bala shark and all seems good my tiger barbs are center stage again
