Sick Gourami

[Yellow Eye Tang]

Hey guys and gals,... I have a couple of powder blue Gourami's and one of them had started developing a small spot on his back left side that, at first, looked like he had just hit a rock or something. That circular spot looks bigger now and he has really gotten swollen through the belly. Now he is hiding out and looks like he is breathing heavily. Any Ideas? Here is the best shot I can get of him.
