I'm sorry but can you run through what I'm soposte to be doing I just am not getting it like water change schedule and what's happening with the filter

If you have a clean sponge or sponge cover for your filter intake you could use that. But for now just keep up with your water changes and adjust your dosing levels with the water.
If you keep the carbon in the filter is will render any medication useless.

One last thing should I take out my ammonia filter

Ok carbon filters out still have an intake sponge and 2 bags of filter media powder is dispersed throughout the tank from what I understand I have to repeat this every 48 hours until the fish is fine then I do a big water change then put filters back in right?

Sorry for so many posts but this is my first time I am writing this tho to ask how long before I start seeing signs of improvement?
