Sick Molly?

I have a 29 gallon tank with a top fin 30 filter and 100w heater. My stock is as follows
Blue, Red Wag, Sun Fire and Micky mouse platy.
Dalmation, silver and creamcicle molly.
3 Juliis Corys
6 Cardinal Tetras and
1 dwarf gourami.

My creamcicle has discoloration on the top of her head. I wouldnt say it looked like sand flakes as its white and darker grey. Today I found her laying on the bottom of the tank. My other Mollies and Platies have been bouncing off of the air tube which I thought was weird. I did a 50% PWC tonight and now she is swimming around normal.

Does this sound normal to you guys?

Hmmm.. Can't really make anything out. Why won't fish just learn to stay still for pictures.

woke up this morning and 2 of my cardinals met their maker over night and the other guys have white specs here and there. I am in the process of upping my temps.

2 more cardinals are gone. It's a sad day today in this tank.
