Sick new juvi discus

Discus is in a 10 gallon tank with an established sponge filter I do daily water changes like80 to 90% been treating with sea chem polygaurd and tetra life guard for five days and he seems to not be getting better. Ammonia 0 nitrite0 nitrate0.005. Any other suggestions would be helpful. Thank you in advanceClick image for larger version

Is he eating, what is the temp and 10G is small, is it a hospital tank?

What are the symptoms?

Ten gallon was a QT hosp tank only. It was set at 85 degrees w sponge filter. Everyone else 2 other recovered and are in main tank again
