I have a male crowntail betta in the 6.6 gallon fluval chi. I have the default fluval chi filter and light system. I have the marina 50 watt heater and it keeps the water at 80 degrees farenheit. I have a few fake plants in there because I do not have access to live ones. I use the tetra aquasafe as a water conditioner and nutrafin cycle as my biological supplement. The tank is cycled already. I 25 to 50% water changes once a week. I just did a water change last saturday and I am doing one tommorow. Anyways I noticed his tail was getting kind of a black color. I thought it was fin rot but his tail wasnt rotting away whatsoever. There were no fuzzy things, and he is still acting normal. Does anyone know whats going on? Please help. content://media/external/file/8800
