Sick pleco - with pics

My Royal pleco has got a bad case of fungus on his body. I think he burnt himself with the heater or something a while back. I was wondering what would be the best course of threatment for him.

Currently I am planing to move him into a 20 gal quarintine tank and treat with some type of anti-fungal medicine but not sure which one. Any ideas?
ALSO his tail fin has been partially decaded as well.

ph is 6.3, temp 83, hardness 250ppm, nitrate 30ppm,

Jungle fungus clear tank buddies, melafix and pimafix. Definitely qt and do extra PWC to keep water very clean.
