Sickly Jewel???????????

I have a 2" Jewel and she has recently lost all of the red and now looks quite green and pale. She has what appears to be a bump where she would go poop. She finally passed a stool and it was somewhat white and pasty. Is it possible she is constipated? This has been going on for almost a month now. Any ideas?
Water is perfect, cut down on feeding and cut down on the amount of time I have their light on for.

Somebody help me...

Do you feed any veggies, like say peas? I've heard peas can help with excretion.

yes i do, that is the only veggie she likes
