Silver mollies acting funny.

One of my mollies is just swimming in one spot and it slowly goes down to the bottom of the tank until another Molly comes along and somewhat pouches it back up.. At the same time that same Molly that pouches it up seems to turn vertically and kinda vibrate around the Molly that literally just Swims there... All my mollies are males.
