Skinny platy

Hi I have a blue platy who recently seemed to be extremely skinny compared to my other platy.... he hasn’t been moving around a lot earlier he was on the bottom of the tank now he is just staying around the top... I fed my fish and he ate but not a lot.

Could be ill and could also have internal parasites.

There are deworming flake foods for fish you can get them from Angels Plus online, and sometimes at the lfs.

Are any other fish looking like they are heading in the same direction as the Platy?
