Skirt tetra floating/acting weird

In the past month 4 guppies and 2 neon tetras have died from what looked like Finrot. I used melafix and for about a week it has mellowed out. I did a water change a few days ago And now one of my glofish tetras is acting weird. He's floating and was breathing fast. What could all this be? I was having a similar issue with another tank with fish randomly dying

Hi, are you still treating with melafix? Was wondering if there may be too much med in the water for him (even as correctly dosed).

Not any more. I only did it for a few days the a water change. He seems better know.

The fish looks and is acting fine now.
