I got aquarium salt and an ich treatment and am using them. I added new fish last week which must have brought it in.

Was just wondering how high I can turn the temperature up, my fish are cory, platy, guppy and cherry barb.

I always keep the tank at 26C/78.8F and have read the warmer it is the better you will cure it but its hard to find out how high a temperature these fish can be in because its usually recommended between certain temperatures.

I couldn't find the temp, but found this general article about ICK. I'll edit if I find the temp.

Found it:
From this link: http://m.wikihow.com/Treat-Tropical-Fish-With-White-Spot-Disease-(ich)

"The water temperature of a tropical fish tank normally should be kept at between 68 and 78 degrees. 26 degrees celsius. SLOWLY increase the temperature of the tank to a maximum of 86 degrees. Increase by a degree every few hours until you reach the desired temperature. This depends on the type of fish because some fish can handle higher temperatures than others."
