Strange Bubble hanging out of My Molly

I have a Balloon Molly who is pregnant.I put her in the breeder box lastnight and I notice an hour after I put her in she had this strange thing coming out of her backside.It is even bigger today than what it was latnight.She is eating fine and swimming o.k.Please does anyone now what this is I have included a picture.

I have to say I've never seen anything quite like that. It doesn't look good. It's hard to tell from the pictures, does it appear to be like eggs? Can you see any eyes?

It is definately a prolapse, probably either the poop canal or birthing canal. It is hard to say your fish will be fine, I have seen prolapses in guppys get better but I have never seen it just before birth, more commonly after birth and then it retracts itself. I will be interested in seeing how this pans out.
