The Benjamin button fish???

Ok so I have this tigerbarb that I got probably 4months ago with a small school of them. He was the smallest of the bunch and had a slightly messed up fin. He is still thriving just fine with the other fish, however for some reason it's like he shrunk? Everytime I look at him he's smaller then he was before. I'm not sure if this is normal or what. Any insight on what his deal is?

Starving to death? If he can't compete for enough food, that might be the problem. Are you sure your perspective is just not skewed and the other fish are growing faster?

He could be I guess I have like 7 other tigerbarb in there I guess cause he's the smallest he may not get enoug

Maybe they're all growing and he's not, creating somewhat of an aquatic illusion??
