I think one of my cichlids has some sort of fungus. There are white lumps on his dorsal fin and near his gills/pectoral fins. I previously thought it was ich and treated the entire tank with salt & heat. He has gotten worse but no other fish seem to be affected. What do you think I should do? I've set up a quarantine tank...

Sounds like Lymphocystis to me, aka Cauliflower Disease. Usually occurs as small growths or tumors on the skin/finnage. Unfortanetly, not much can be done about it, as far as I know. You may want to do a search for medicine containing Acriflavin, which I believe is one of the only known sucessful treatments of Lymphocystis.
