think I'm gonna lose my guppy :(

So this guppy is pretty new to the tank...a couple weeks. Last Sunday I noticed someone nipped his tail fin...and now the past few days hes not eating and doesn't seem like himself...I don't have another tank to put him in...and it kinda makes me sad cause there's nothing I can do really..hes a really pretty guppy too..

My guppy went down the toilet heaven, I also noticed someone nipped his flapper fin...whatever they're called...he kept getting stuck to the filter
