Treating Fry with Ich

I have a 10 gallon with about 15 one week old black Molly fry and a couple few week old other fry. A few of them have white spots on them. Is the salt and higher water temperature the safest and quickest way to treat the tank or are there better options? Thanks.

IMO that is the best way for most fish only exception is for fish that cant endure higher temps. I have never had fry with ich but I assume they would be to sensative for meds but if you do try meds I would do half dose.

Thanks! I'll try the heat/salt treatment and hopefully that will work. It doesn't appear to be a bad case yet so hopefully I can eliminately it in time to not harm the fry.
