Unhealthy Gourami

Please help I found my Gourami like this she is behaving strange what is this. She is a few years old I've never seen this before. This is a community tank 72 gallon two filters just did a water change. Do i need to worry about my other fish I have two large angels, some giant danios. And some other fish.

That looks almost like bruising. Maybe some sort of internal parasite or bacterial infection? Can you isolate her in a small tank by herself and treat her with some meds?

Looks and seems to moving at the speed of columnaris?
I remove and euth. the fish.
Regardless of accurate diagnosis If it dies in the tank the you have promoted the spread of it to other fish. Even if another fish picks on it now the issue may be spread. Fish always find the weak and pick on them....

It could be from a infectious issue and other fish will show with it eventually or possibly just old age and only effecting/infecting only one .

Yes you're right it died how can i prevent it from spreading the fish was five years old almost.
