Hey everyone my betta has popeye disease. I know i can do a salt treatment. How much salt do i put in and can I just use regular non iodised Kosher salt.

Im also going to do a 100% water change.

You should be able to treat popeye with Epsom salts and frequent water changes. You want 1 teaspoon of plain epsom salts (no scents or any other things added) per gallon of water. Keep the water very, very clean. Popeye can be a symptom of other things (like dropsy), but the epsom salts can also treat those other things so that's a bonus. Do not use regular table salt.

Ok thanks I've done two 100% water changes today going to petco tomorrow to pick up some meds. Shes swimming and eating fine.
