Hey guys, first time posting here.

I have a glo fish tetra I've had for over a year.
I remember my brother and father got a 5 gallon fish tank oneday out of the blue. That spun out pf control quick. That week we got a 20 gallon tank. Now we have 3 tanks in the house
45 gallon
20 gallon
5 gallon

The tetra has been in all 3 tanks and now resides in the 45. Her name is Pinky...for obvious reason.

Sometime in the beginning of this year she grew a black spot around her dorsal fin and the other day there's been something growing on it.

She doesn't seem bothered, but I do worry.

Is this lethal?
Treatable?
Detrimental to her tankmates?

I have no quarantine tank or hospital tank. And I don't plan on getting one.

ALSO I have an electric blue acara i've had since he was the size of a pea.
His fins don't seem to be growing in fully. Perhaps he's still growing?
Same with my angelfish, his fins seem uneven.

Water parameters are perfect.

Picture below.
(I've added a picture of all my tanks. I know you guys like pictures, so it's a treat for joining in on my first thread

Noone's nipping his fins. He and the angelfish butt heads sometimes, but it never gets serious

Let me guess, Brookster is from Mass right? Tumor???

Did you ever get your water tested? Live on or near 3 mile island? Yeah, I'm sugesting pollution.
