Weird disease that looks like red warts?

On my guppy I have some sort of disease with colonies of weird looking wart like things, what is that and how do I get rid of it?

What do you mean like peaces of salt burned on the fishes body?

Not so much burned... More so if you had to compare these warts to something I can imagine, what would it be? The Pic is not very helpful..

Well, I don't even have aquarium salt in my house, nor cooking sea salt.

Can you describe exactly what the warts look like?? Forget the salt..

Well they are the size 1/8 inches long about or less and in colonies of 4-6, 1-2 on each side

Same as the tail - reddish orange

Could be fw velvet

Is it contagious, how do I heal it
