Wels with a white spot on its back

Hi Forum

I have got a bluespotted wels appr. 2 years old with a strange white spot on its back.
Has anybody an idea what this may be ?

What are your water param? Water change sch? Do you have any sharp décor? Or low types? Might be body fungus, fight bite, or injury from him getting stuck in décor. Do you have 2 of them in there? Does it look fuzzy?
