Anyone got any ideas on what fish I could get to brighten up my tank?? I have a few shrimps and plecs, also Hoplo catfish and a few red tailed shark.
What fish can i get??

Depends on the size and temp of your tank 
What are your ammonia, nitrate and nitrate readings?
What are you using to test them with if your are testing? Strips or liquid?

Size is 165 litres and temp is 26. All levels are low or 0 and using the liquid to test water

Could you give us the exact number of each species please and what species they are, for example, which pleco.
As I mentioned in your other thread, even one shark needs a much larger tank. You definitely can't add anything else until you rehome the shark or sharks, whatever the situation is.
