My goldfish has had thins thing in its head for about 6 months. I think its just where it hurt itself. What does everyone else think? Its hard to photograph as flotsam moves so quickly!

Nope doesn't look much like anchor worm from web pics! Haven't seen any worms! Flotsam doesn't seem to have any scales in that place.
 
Its hard to tell from the pic but is what your referring to the lump area? Goldfish do develop benign tumors & this is likely what it is. As long as he is happy & active, I wouldnt be very concerned. If he is trying to rub/scratch it, then it may be a parasitic infection that needs to be addressed.

It's gravid not preggers or pregnant
Also males can't be gravid and it is very difficult to breed goldfish
