I have been treating as columnaris with Jungle fungus clear tablets. But im unsure. Would parasites do this?

What exactly are u referring to?

I am referring to the white patches on the fish in the pics they don't' seem cottony like columnaris and the last pic his gill looks like it is being eaten away. I'm trying to treat but not sure what I am doing is helping.
