What is wrong?

Ok I haven't noticed it before tonight. But I am not home much but my wife has a few guppies that are really really bloated looking and their spines are curved down and they seem to be kinda wobbling
I couldn't get a good pic.

Sounds like Tuberculosis, I'd remove the infected fish and euthanize them quickly.

Are they male or female? When guppies bend their spines down that means they're either not happy about something or not feeling well.
