What's wrong with my crowntail?!

ich would be grains looking like theyre covered in white sand i think it might be a bacterial infection but not 100% sure

Yea it's not ick this is like 2 weeks old and he is acting normal he is in a tank with a divider there is a veil tail on the other side he doesn't have this
