I would do large water changes until the ammonia gets down to < .25ppm. I would continue to monitor it and do water changes as necessary. Your tank is not cycled and you will have to do water changes often.

I bet that the fish that bottomed up all at once happened because of a temperature diffrence between your water change water and the tank water. It causes something called http://www.aquariumadvice.com/forums/f17/temperature-shock-113635.html.

it could be Mouth Fungus, Columnaris (Chondrococcus, Cytophaga)
but you wouldnt know unless you really knew what to look for, heres a site that always helps me Diseases that affect Tropical Freshwater Fish
