Which fish will red worms effect?

I have these red worms going from the birthing holes of my female guppies. I bought "Anti Crustacean Parasite medicine" today and am currently treating 7 infected guppies in their own treating tank. However in the main tank where they developed the worms there are also: Tetras, Clown loaches another loaches a plaque eater and male guppies. However on these fish I see no worms, so I want to know if only my female guppies are going to be effected by the worms or if my whole tank will eventually become infected? I know I can't use the medicine for my loaches as they're not up to withstanding the medicine, thanks for any help.
