White dot on fish’s eye

My fire dwarf gourami has a white spot on his eye, right above the pupil.

Any ideas to what this is? I was told it was cloudy eye and started treating it today with “Triple Sulfa”

He's scratched his eye lens. Do extra water changes to keep your water very clean and let him heal on his own.
