White SPot Help Needed asap please!

Hi My new tank set up has got white spot badly.
We have already lost 3 fish including a beautiful
siemese fighting fish. I have increased the
temperature of the tank and used the correct remedy
but it seems to be getting worse. Can anyone
help please. By the way im new here, im susie

More info! Starting with the water parameters (ammonia, nitrite, nitrate levels, temp), how many fish in the tank and what kind. What remedy are you using and how long have you been using it?
