White spot on Pearl Gourami

One of my female Pearl Gourami's has a single white spot in the center of both of her eyes (no spots on her body). The other male and female gourami pick on her and have no spots. Would this be caused by stress? Should I get a separator for the tank until she is healthy? Any help will be appreciated!

My female peal has the same things and its been this way for a while. I have yet to find a solution. But it doesn't seem to be a big concern
