White spots but not "white spot"

Hi,

My two German Blue Rams have white spots on fins and tail.

I first thought it was "white spot" and used interpet 6 to treat in the past so used it again.

It hasn't cured them. Furthermore I have two clown loaches amongst other fish and no other fish have symptoms and I'm sure if I had white spot in my tank, other fish (especially the clown loaches) would have it too.

Any ideas what it could be?

When my fish got white spot not all of them got it, my GBR's did but my clown loaches didn't so I would still guess it was that, I treated mine with heat and a low dose of salt ( I use API )
