White spots! Maybe ich?

So my black moor has white spots on her tail im thinking its ich but its not anywhere else other than the picture she also has some on the top of her tail any idea what this is?

Must admit I can only see one - if you're getting a few white salt like grains I would say ich.

Edit - introduced anything to tank recently?
 
I think it might be ich I did add some filter floss but it was new out of the pack other than that nothing else

It does not appear to be ich in this picture but let's take a wait and see approach. Moors are prone to white discolorations and spots such as this that may come and go. On a different colored goldfish, you would likely not notice them. Generally, water conditions are the reason behind them. Increase your water changes to @50% daily for the next week (more frequently if there is an issue with the parameters) and they will likely clear up on their own. Keep us posted on her condition and if anything changes! :)
