Hi. I'm pretty new to aquariums so would be grateful for advice.

We have a betta in a small unfiltered tank 2.5Litres, that seems to be popular in Perth pet shops at moment. He lost his colour and now has some sort of white fluff growing on his fins. The pet shop suggested it was finrot and gave us a Sulfur based antibiotic (he just gave us a pill To cut up, so not sure of name. It doesn't seem to have helped. Another pet shop suggested 'bettafix' but this hasn't helped either. The close up of his fins shows the fluff. Any thoughts and advice would be appreciated

This looks fungal

Try fungus cure, by Tetra, API or jungle

Betta fix is helpful in healing minor fin damage, but you want real meds for this
