Yellow spots on Molly

I have a silver lyretail mollie that has some yellow spots on it's side. Not sure what it is. Any suggestions?

I have had that on some dalmation mollies.
Don't know what it is but most of them died (not to cause panic because I don't know if it was related)
I treated with an anti parasite med. The last dalmation, who was laying on the bottom and near death, showed imediate improvement and had a complete recovery and is very healthy today. The yellow spots are gone too.
Like I said, I have no idea if the yellow spots meant anything and could have been a coincidence.
