young turquoise rainbow dying..please help

my young female turquoise rainbow stopped eating about 2 wks ago so I put her in a hospital tank and was treating the water with Metroplex and daily water changes....she had no external signs of anything wrong...no weird poo...no poo at all...just got really thin and still seemed active but never would eat and he would stay near the top of the tank...this morning I notices a round brownish spot midway on her side and a couple others developed within an hr...looked like a bruises...then she started having difficulty staying level and was dropping to the bottom of the tank..she is now on her back fighting to stay alive...I have searched and searched the internet to see what this could be and I purchased $140 dollars worth of different meds that are being shipped...Polyguard, Pimafix, focus, metroplex, sulfaplex. I have only used the metroplex in her water so far...it hasn't helped and I see other fish also starting to refuse food and isolate in corners...I feel so bad that I don't know what to do to help them...does anyone know what this could this be and how to treat it? All water parameters are perfect...no carbon in the filter..no light on tank..75 degrees water..no heater. any help would be very welcomed and appreciated.

update...she died and I have added pictures. I don't see anything on her body please take a look and tell me what you think..thanks

Was she bloated and were her scales pineconing out from her body?

thanks for looking...no she had no bloat and her scales looked fine...no visible external signs of anything...but I am new at this so I posted post mortem pics..poof little thing.

could someone please take a peek at the areas where I circled on the little turquoise rainbow...I would like to know if those tiny black spots are normal or a parasite..I have other fish who are not eating and I would love to know what to treat them with. Thanks

Those do not look to be normal. My turquoise doesn't have them and after looking through photos of other turquoise I don't see them there either. I know there is an illness that will cause spots like this called black spot disease but I can't say for certain that's what it is. Those spots could have also shown up post mortem.

Thanks for the info, the picture was taken within minutes of it dying.. had to zoom in on the photo to actually see them. They were not noticeable in the tank. I wasnt sure if this was just part of its color or not. I will look up black spot disease. Hope it is curable bexause I have others not eating too. I am treating them with polyguard. Hope it will save them.
