after the new lighting...

hey,
i can see so much after adding new lighting (posted full tank pic in nano section).
can you ID the following....
1: on the LR below the toadstool coral, look like little flower button things
2: is this guy good or bad??
3: little brown things sticking up by the side of the sponge?
4: my most critter filled LR, just wondered if you could spot anything on here?

One thing I can spot for certain is "Aiptasia" in the top right picture. You will want to look into getting rid of those. They are a very common pest.
