Algae ?!

I snapped a few photos of this pinkish algae that I'm seeing on my rocks. It's currently going through a diatom bloom, I'm curious as to what it could be? I'm not sure if it's possibly corral or maybe something else? Thanks!!

It could be the start of coralline on your rock. it is hard right?

I'm not entirely sure, but it doesn't seem hairy or anything of that nature. It's hard to tell, but it seems apart of the rock almost.
