Found another critter and have no idea what it is. Good or bad?

Looks like a tubeworm of some kind. Harmless in ur tank usually filter feed from particles in the water.

definitely a feather duster. white thing is just the case, feather things on top is the duster part

So, after doing a bit of research, it appears that I can take this as another sign that my 2 month old tank has a healthy ecosystem going. I have had several things appear and with the exception of one tiny Aiptasia (which I nuked and have not seen again) all have been good.
