Another what is it thread

I'm gonna say sponges and worms. Either way harmless. Could be bryozoans too
 
The frogspawn hasn't been opening fully lately. I did move powerhead around??
 
It could be the vermetid snails I see. The little stick looking tubes. They let out a mucous net to catch plankton which could be bothering the frogspawn
 
This family of corals like a moderate indirect flow. I would adjust the powerheads in the system to see if that helps. The little vermetids usually don't cause any stress to corals, unlike the larger variety that I battled in my 55 system.
As for what you want an ID on, I'm not really sure but for some reason it struck me as hydroids. Bribo might be on point here, but I'd try to remove it simply off of my quick reaction telling me hydroids just to be safe.
