Any Ideas?

I have this growing on a piece of live rock. The rock has been in the tank for a year now and this showed up about month ago. There was another one growing on a piece of rock that I removed from the tank (it was taken over with calerpa). I have no idea what it is. Any ideas would be great. Thanks.

Neomeris annulatus, caterpillar weed, pretty common, doesn't get to plague proportions and usually dies out in the initial stages of the tank, due to lack of calcium.
