Any ideas on this green slime?

I have this green slime on my lr. I have battled cyano, but that was red and brown and I have never seen this. The structure if the green stuff looks just like the cyano I had... It's just green though. Any ideas?

can you remove it easily? does it come off with flow or suction? if so, it might very well be cyano as well.
