Any one know what this is

I got it for free from my lfs its foot is striped and is always on the bottom of the tank its the left one

I think that is a Carribean rock anemone. They come in many different colors, but generally have the same structure, no matter what the color variation. Google it and see if that's it.

It does look more like a rock anemone after comparing the two.

Definitely! They are pretty docile for an anemone, they don't really move much from my experience.
