anyone Id This drab polyp

The stuff on top of it is hair algae but i don t have a clue what these are possibly some sort of polyp?

how do I rehab him he doesn't look too happy, perhaps more flow rate around him??

They look just fine in the pic, not sure why they need rehab? You are speaking of the triangular colony under the pompom-looking algae right? Might want to make a kalk solution to rid those aiptasia too

Thanks so much.. Just uncertain what I had or how it should look I have been killing those pesky aptasia but they just propagate more and more mabey I ought to get some pepermint shrimp er somethin..

Hmmm, I may be wrong, but it looks like you may have aiptasia and some bubble algae in front of that....(bottom left)
