Are these bad?

Had my tank for almost a year and have a bunch of these guys in all different sizes. Are they good? Should I keep them or find a way to get rid of them. kind of looks like a tentacle.

Do you mean in the center of pic ? Looks like bristle worm but my screen is filthy and can't tell. If so, beneficial but enter tank at your own risk. (Wear gloves). They produce quite a sting.

Harmless unless sting but only once was I sting and that was my fault lol forgot gloves and was putting a piece of algae in for my tang and it was on the rock I was putting it into lol.
