Bad algae? PICS!!! Please help identify.

I've had my tank for a few months now, and all I've been doing is my weekly water change and checking the salinity. No nitrate checks, etc. I assume the pictures of these algaes are a bad foreign algae. Please let me know what I need to do or if its ok. Thanks so much!

I don't see any algae.
Are you talking about the stalks in the first picture? If so, they look like vermetid gastropod's. Harmless.
The second pic, if you are asking about the greenish blob, that's a sponge. Again, harmless.

ya, i was talking about those little sprouts in the first picture, and the green blob in second... well sounds like they are ok. i really appreciate the help.
